I purchased a Mustang GT convertible in California over the phone and I requested Central Ford to perform a vehicle inspection. I live in South Florida and had no ability to see the car during inspection. The outcome of the inspection initiated drivetrain service under warranty, which was captured By photos step-by-step, and sent to me. I appreciate the guys in service, including the technician who worked on my car and Ivann my service manager. Thanks again Central Ford for doing great work!
